We chose Bali and Alor to grow our crops for their rich volcanic soils, which have been shaped over centuries by mineral-rich deposits. These fertile islands nourish our crops with a perfect balance of nutrients, creating a unique terroir that deepens the aroma, flavor, and quality of every spice and ingredient we harvest. From these islands, our products have journeyed to customers in France, Australia, and our focus is now set on bringing them to the U.S.
